What kind of business would this be best suited for?

This option might be a good fit for a company or organization who has an IT department or person who needs some helping hands in managing their servers without needing out assistance with the end users/workstations or their network. Any business or nonprofit from 10 to 300 users would be a great fit.

We support on-premise servers, virtualized servers, and cloud hosted. With the hot trend now is moving to the cloud, it really doesn’t make sense for all businesses and can actually be more expensive than an on-premise server or even virtualized servers. We have worked with all of the major cloud providers as well in some form or fashion, so it really just depends on your businesses needs.

What would this kind of service cost me?

Since every business is different, different people, different solutions in place, different line of business applications, we do not have a price that we can quote sight unseen. We can however, come in and do a survey of your network and give you an estimate of what it would cost for us to manage your network. One thing to keep in mind, we’re not your average MSP. We utilize open source technology when possible which reduces our overhead and we pass that on to you, our customer.
